Packages ship out within 5-7 business days after receiving order and payment.
US SHIPPING
Orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to arrive, sometimes longer depending on the country. All orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is totally out of our hands. Customers are responsible for any fees or duties applied to international orders.

If you have any problems with your order please contact us so that we can make it right. We will always try to immediately resolve any situations that come up.

We offer secure online ordering and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
Sales tax is applicable depending on location.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
If there is an issue with your purchase please contact us right away!
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@fortnewyork.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. We will always try to resolve issues that may come up.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like our skincare and beauty products. If for any reason you are not in love with your product please get in touch with any questions/concerns so we can work something out.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
